About Us
About Culture of Convenience
Businesses are often harder to run than they need to be — not because of bad people, but because the friction around them was never fixed.
Jeff Kahler built Culture of Convenience based on his lived experience that started when he built a multi-unit pizza chain from the ground up. When the systems he needed to run it consistently didn’t exist, he built them, developing a custom training platform that served the convenience store industry and other retail operators.
From Podcast to Partner
That work is where Culture of Convenience found its roots. Through the original podcast, operators, vendors and industry leaders explored the same question over and over: where is the process actually breaking down, how do we balance the needs of the business with the needs of the people?
The podcast asked the tough questions. Now, as your business services partner, Culture of Convenience works with you to find where the friction lives in your operation, name what’s driving it, and fix it. Not with theory, but with a practical, on-the-ground approach that comes from more than 40 years in the industry.
Experienced Team
Culture of Convenience isn’t a one-person operation. The team behind it brings deep experience in retail operations and strategy. That same collaborative spirit born in podcast conversations years ago carries into every engagement today. Start your Friction Discovery Conversation today.
